When the Kalawen weather station is connected to the power supply, the WWVB function (automatic calibration time) will be activated, and the screen will turn black for about seven minutes. This is normal behavior. When the weather station uses battery power, the screen will turn black after 15 seconds to save power. If you want the screen to stay bright, please use the adapter alone for power supply.

The internal parts of the host are completely wrapped and cannot directly contact the air, so there will be a certain deviation between the temperature and humidity of the sensor and the host. The pressure may also not be accurate. To address the WWVB calibration time issue, please turn on daylight saving time first, and then check whether the time zone is correct. If the time zone positioning is wrong, you can also correct it manually.

Some additional tips:

1. Manually reset the time and date if the weather station is turned off.
2. Place the weather station and sensor away from metal mesh and strong magnetic fields.
3. Press "Down" for 3 seconds to manually receive sensor transmission if needed.
4. Press "MEM" to display max temperature/humidity for the past 24 hours.
5. The RCC function starts automatically at specific times to calibrate the clock.
